These Terms and Conditions set out the rules under which you use pk444. They cover your account, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, bonus eligibility, game rules, and what pk444 expects from every player. Please read them before you start — they're written to be clear, not to confuse.

To register and use a pk444 account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
Age verification: pk444 may request proof of age at any point. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended immediately and any funds held pending review. Winnings generated by a player found to be under 18 will be forfeited.
Each person may hold only one pk444 account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and email address. You agree to keep this information up to date. pk444 relies on the information you provide for payment processing, identity verification, and responsible gaming monitoring.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified pk444 immediately upon discovering unauthorised access.
pk444 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact pk444 support at support@pk444.run immediately. pk444 will freeze the account while the matter is investigated.
pk444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a CNIC, passport, or proof of address — before a withdrawal is processed or when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. pk444 treats all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
All financial transactions on pk444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
The minimum deposit on pk444 is Rs 100. Withdrawal minimums are set per payment method and displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. pk444 does not charge its own fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and same-day for IBFT, seven days a week including public holidays. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, pk444 support will arrange an alternative. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC documents are outstanding or if pk444's fraud prevention systems flag a transaction for review.
You are responsible for entering the correct payment details when requesting a withdrawal. pk444 is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account number or wallet ID provided by you. Contact pk444 support immediately if you believe you have entered incorrect withdrawal details before the transaction is processed.
pk444 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Players will be informed of any such delay in accordance with applicable obligations.
From time to time, pk444 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set out at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general rules below.
All bets placed on pk444 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet before submitting it — including stake amount, selection, and market. pk444 does not offer a cancellation window after bet confirmation except where expressly stated in sport-specific rules.
pk444 publishes odds for cricket (including PSL), football, tennis, kabaddi, eSports, and other sports. Odds are updated continuously. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet. pk444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being published.
Casino games on pk444 are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or slot spin, the round will be completed and settled according to the game provider's outcome records. pk444 accepts these records as authoritative.
Crash games on pk444 operate on provably fair algorithms. Results are generated before each round begins and are verifiable by the player using the seed system described in the individual game rules. Once a round has started, stakes cannot be withdrawn except by using the cash-out function before the multiplier crashes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
pk444 monitors all account activity using automated and manual fraud detection systems. Suspicious activity may result in temporary account suspension while a review is conducted. Players will be notified and given an opportunity to provide documentation unless the matter is referred to law enforcement.
All content on the pk444 platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pk444 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the pk444 platform without express written permission. Scraping odds data, game content, or user data from pk444 by automated means is strictly prohibited.
pk444 is provided on an "as is" basis. While pk444 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the absence of technical failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk444 excludes liability for:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by law.

By registering on pk444, you consent to the processing of your personal data for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
pk444 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@pk444.run.

pk444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, or failure to complete KYC. Where an account is terminated for cause, pk444 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and to forfeit any bonus funds. Legitimate PKR balances from verified deposits will be returned to the player following the conclusion of any review, unless forfeiture is legally required.
You may close your pk444 account at any time by contacting support@pk444.run. Any outstanding balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided your account is in good standing and all wagering requirements have been met.
pk444 may amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For changes that materially affect player rights, pk444 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or an in-platform message before the change takes effect. Your continued use of pk444 after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk444 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of pk444 should first be raised with pk444 customer support. pk444 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the parties agree to seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels in the governing jurisdiction.
pk444 does not waive any of its rights or remedies under applicable law by providing support channels for dispute resolution. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
